Mitch Davis’ practice primarily consists of representing clients on general litigation in employment matters including wage and hour violations, representation in whistleblower and discrimination cases, and representation in employment contract disputes. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. In 2018, Mitch graduated from Wake Forest School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and an articles editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.
